At Tudo and Co, we want you to love your home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. If your new lighting or furniture isn't the perfect fit, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Tudo and Co account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
